UNIQLO / The Art and Science of LifeWear - New Form Follows Function

ユニクロがロンドンのSomerset Houseで開催中の展示 "The Art and Science of LifeWear" の一部 "HEATTECH LIBRARY" を担当しました。東レとの共同開発であるヒートテック開発の歴史を本物の一本の糸で表現しました。この部屋のコンセプトは、秘密の資料室。糸の絵のほか、技術を見せる「動く写真集」と、ヒートテックに使われる４種類の繊維の仕組みを伝える「アニメ絵本」も展示しました。

I was in charge of “HEATTECH LIBRARY”, part of the exhibition. The history of the development of UNIQLO and Toray was drawn with a single stroke of the real thread and shown their technologies by animation and movies.
